It is argued by counsel for the petitioners that lease deed was granted in their favour which was duly approved by the competent authority on 07.01.2004 thereafter wholly illegally certain strangers filed recall application before the respondent no.4, which was allowed by him vide order dated 23.04.2008. Aggrieved against the aforesaid statutory revision as provided under Section 198 (4) was filed by the petitioners along-with the application for condonation of delay, which was dismissed by the respondent no.4. 2. Aggrieved against the aforesaid order an application for restoration was filed, which was also dismissed by the respondent no.4 vide order dated 16.05.2024.
