In the proceedings initiated by the petitioner under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, an order was passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Judicial), Sirathu, Kaushambi / respondent No.3 on 10.12.2024. Operative portion of which reads as follows:- "अतः राजस्व निरीक्षक की सीमांकन आख्या दिनांक 25.06.2024 व तहसीलदार सिराथू द्वारा अग्रसित आख्या दिनांक 07.08.2024 तथा संलग्न फील्ड बुक को स्वीकार करते हुए उक्त पुष्टि की जाती है । पत्रावली वास्ते पत्थर नसब तहसीलदार सिराथू को प्रेषित किया जावे। वाद आवश्यक कार्यवाही पत्रावली दाखिल दफ्तर हो। " 2.
