This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in providing compensation to the petitioner in terms of the scheme of the Government named as 'Uttar Pradesh Rani Lakshmi Bai Mahila Samman Kosh Rules, 2015' (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Scheme’). 3.
