None appears for the opposite party no. 4. 3. The last order records the factum of filing of a second appeal against the order passed by the U.P. RERA by the opposite party no. 4, but, there is nothing on record to show that any interim order has been passed in the second appeal. 4. In this view of the matter, if there is no other legal impediment and a recovery certificate has been issued by the U.P. RERA for enforcement/execution of an order passed by it, then, the same shall given effect at the earliest but in accordance with law. 5.
