The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition with the prayer to direct the respondent no. 3 namely Up-Ziladhikari, Tehsil Sagadi, District Azamgarh to comply with the order dated 07.11.2025 passed in proceedings initiated under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 being Case No. 12356 of 2025. 2. It is further argued that for compliance of the aforesaid order, an application has already been submitted by the petitioner before respondent no. 3 on 04.12.2025, but till date no decision has been taken. 3.
