Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Nayab Tehsildar Baran, Tehsil Sadar, District Bulandshahr to decide the case No. 4755 of 2025 (Computerized Case No. T202511170104755 (Rammohan Sharma vs. Late Smt. Rajmukari) under section 34, of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 expeditiously within the period stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that matter is pending since long. It is argued that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 4.
