The instant petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondent no.1/ Board of Revenue, U.P. at Prayagraj to decide the Second Appeal No.1682 of 2016, under Section 333 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act within stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second appeal arising out of suit under Section 229-B of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act filed at the instance of the private respondent is pending before respondent no.1/ Board of Revenue, U.P. at Prayagraj since 2016.
