Instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking the following relief:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2, to deliver possession of land bearing Arazi No.1179/1, area .121 hectare situate at Village: Jangal Rasoolpur No.2, Tahsil: Chauri-Chaura, District: Gorakhpur, after performing paimise by constituting Revenue and Consolidation Team within the time to be specified by this Hon'ble Court." 3. It is submitted that plot no.1179/1, area measuring 0.121 hectare, has been kept out of the consolidation operation; however, till date no effective measures have been taken to deliver the possession thereof to the petitioner. 4.
