The petitioner has invoked the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, with the following prayer:- "a. To issue, writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus direction to Respondent No. 3 Court of Consolidation Officer, Soraon, District Prayagraj, to hear/decide/disposal off, Case No. 32/2025 Baladin and other Vs. State Preferred U/S 52(2) Rule -109 Consolidation Act, Village Pasiyapur, Pargana & Tehsil Soraon, District Prayagraj, expeditiously, within a time frame manner without granting parties unnecessary adjournments. 3.
