The petitioner has invoked the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, with the following prayer:- "II. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Settlement Officer Consolidation, Mau, District: Mau (Respondent no.2) to ensure the herring of Appeal No.0071/2024 Computerized Case No.202454155100000071 Ramashray Vs.
