The instant petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondent no.2 i.e. Board of Revenue U.P. at Prayagraj to decide the Revision No.230 of 2025 (Dharmraj vs. State of U.P. and others) within stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the revision filed by private respondent is pending before respondent no.2/ Board of Revenue since 1.4.2025. He further submitted that the petitioner is opposite party in the aforementioned revision. He further submitted that the revision arises out of proceeding under Section 144 of U.P.
