The petitioner has invoked the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, with the following prayer:- "I. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Consolidation Officer Sadar I, Mau District: Mau (Respondent no. 2) to ensure the hearing of Case No. 0142/2019, Computerrized Case No. 2019551551020142 State Vs. Balchand and others filed u/s 9A(2) of U.P.C.Act, 1953 and decide the same within stipulated time which this Hon'ble Court may fixed." 3.
