Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and perused the record. 2. The petitioner has invoked the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, with the following prayer:- "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding or directing to the respondent the respondent No. 3/ Consolidation Officer to decide the Case NO. 0597 of 2024 Computer Case No. 202454054752010597 (Paltu vs. Rajendra) under Section 9-A(2) U.P. Consolidation Act, 1953, otherwise the petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." 3.It is submitted that objection before the Consolidation Officer is pending consideration consideration in pursuance of an order dated 11.08.2023 passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in case a direction is issued for early disposal of the aforementioned
