Court No. - 54 HON'BLE DINESH PATHAK, J. 1.The instant writ petition has been filed for expeditious disposal of the objection pending before the Consolidation Officer, Sadar, Ballia. 2.Perusal of the record reveals that this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 11.11.2024 passed in Writ B No. 3844 of 2024 (Annexure -4) has already issued a direction to the Consolidation Officer to decide the objection within one month. 3. For the same cause of action another writ petition is not maintainable. 4. The petitioner has alternative remedy to file a contempt application against the authorities concerned for wilful disobedience for order dated 11.11.2024 passed by this Court. 5.
