Instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking the following relief:- "I. issue writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing to the consolidation authorities to deliver possession on spot to the petitioner's chak no. 980 according to settlement area on New Gata no. 30 area 0.089 H. found short as referred in the order dated 07.10.2009 passed by respondent no. 3 situated at Vill. -wairbadshahpur, Pargana & Tehsil- Sikandrabad, District-Bulandshahr in case no. 4 of 09-10 (Harkesh vs State) under rule 109 A (1) of U.P. C.H. Rules1954." 3. Petitioner was given possession of Plot no. 132 M, area measuring 0.089 hectare, in pursuance of the order dated 01.08.2008, passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in Public Interest Litigation No. 43603 of 2007, subject to outcome of Writ Petition No. 20886 of 2
