Instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following reliefs :- "(i) Issue a suitable writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 10.06.2025 passed by the respondent No.2 in appeal No. 1093 of 24-25, Shobhnath Vs. Lalchand and others (Annexure No.1). (ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to decide the recall application dated 18.09.2025 filed by the petitioner in appeal No. 1093/24-25, Shobhnath Vs.
