The instant writ petition has arisen out of substitution application. The Consolidation Officer, vide order dated 8.5.2024, has allowed the substitution application which was filed in the restoration application. The order passed by the Consolidation Officer has been affirmed in the revision filed on behalf of the petitioner . 2. Learned counsel for private opposite party No.2 submits that the restoration application is finally decided, vide order dated 3.3.2025; however same has not been assailed before this Court. 3. In view of the order dated 3.3.2025 passed in restoration application, the instant writ petition has become infructuous. As such, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
