The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent no.1 to decide the Revision No.1935 of 2024 (Onkarnath vs. Hare Ram), pending before the Board of Revenue, U.P. at Prayagraj." 3. Counsel for the petitioner states that revision arising out of the suit for partition, is pending before respondent no.1 since 2024. He submitted that petitioner is the opposite party in the aforementioned revision. He placed the order sheet of the pending proceeding in order to demonstrate that the case is not proceeding expeditiously. 4.
