The instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking the following relief:- "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Consolidation Officer, Ramayeepatti District- Mirzapur to decide the Case No. 26 to 29 Computer Case No. 202254165331010017 (Laxaman Vs. State) under Section 9A(2) of U.P.C.H. Act, 1953 within the specific period which may kindly be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. It is submitted that the proceedings under Section 9A(2) of the U.P.
