Instant writ petition has been filed beseeching expeditious disposal of Appeal No.63/95 (Computerized Case No.198954143600001237) under Section 11(1) of the Consolidation of Holdings Act (Jagdev vs. Banshraj And Others) pending before the Settlement Officer of Consolidation, District Jaunpur(Respondent no.3) since 30.11.1989 (Anneuxre-1 to the petition), within the stipulated period, as directed by this Court. 3. It is submitted that respondent no.4 (Jagdev) has filed an appeal under Section 11(1) of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act which is pending consideration since the date of its filing, despite the fact that opposite parties (petitioners herein) in the appeal have already appeared and the case is ready for final adjudication. 4.
