It is submitted that having been aggrieved with the order dated 31.03.1993 passed by the Settlement Officer of Consolidation, present petitioners have preferred revision which is pending consideration since 1993, despite the fact that opposite parties in the revision have already appeared and the case is ready for final adjudication. 4.
