The petitioner has invoked the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 25.02.2025 passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation in Revision No. 0316 of 2023 (Computer Case No. 20235415900000316 (Ram Bhawan vs. Pramod and others). Second prayer has been made to reduce the excess area i.e. 0.097 hectare from the plot No. 615 and allot equal exchange value of land over plot No. 203. 3. Instant writ petition has arisen out of the provisional consolidation scheme. The petitioner is aggrieved by the allotment of chak over the plot No. 615.
