Ramtaji And Others) under Section 27(3) of U.P.C.H. Act, which is pending consideration before the Deputy Director of Consolidation (Respondent no.2), within the stipulated period. 3. It is submitted that the application under Section 27(3) of the U.P.C.H. Act has been filed on 10.06.2021. The authority concerned has submitted the report in the aforesaid application. It is further submitted that the private opposite party is also represented through her counsel. 4.
