The petitioners have invoked the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, with the following prayer:- "(I) Issue a writ or order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the Case No. RST/0344/2025, Computerized Case No. 202554147000000344 (Ramnaresh Vs. Nanhaku), under Section 48(3) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3.
