Court No. - 54 HON'BLE DINESH PATHAK, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel and perused the record. 2. The petitioners have invoked the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, with the following prayer:- "(I) Issue a writ or order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the Case No. RST/0344/2025, Computerized Case No. 202554147000000344 (Ramnaresh Vs. Nanhaku), under Section 48(3) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the aforementioned matter is pending since the date of its filing and no appropriate steps have been taken to decide the same expeditiously. 4.
