The petitioner has invoked the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking the following prayer:- "A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the Respondent No. 2 to decide the revision no. 1293/2025, under section 48(1) C.H.Act, (Prabhunath Singh and others Versus Om Prakash and Others), which is pending before him within the stipulated period fix by this Hon'ble Court so that justice may be done." 3.
