The petitioner has invoked the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking the following prayer:- "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing/commanding the Respondent No. 2 Settlement Officer Of Consolidation, Farrukhabad to decide the Case No. 0326 of 2025 (Computer Case No. 202554032400000326), Munshi Lal Vs. Veer Singh and others under section 21(2) of U.P.C.H. Act, 1953, expeditiously." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in case a direction is issued for expeditious disposal of the aforementioned matter. 4.
