Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing/commanding the Respondent No. 2 Settlement Officer Of Consolidation, Farrukhabad to decide the Case No. 0326 of 2025 (Computer Case No. 202554032400000326), Munshi Lal Vs. Veer Singh and others under section 21(2) of U.P.C.H. Act, 1953, expeditiously." 3.
