Court No. - 54 HON'BLE DINESH PATHAK, J. 1.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents. 2.The instant writ petition has been filed inter alia seeking the following relief:- "i.Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing and commanding direct the respondent no.2 to decide the revision bearing revision no. 1327 of 2016, Computer Case No. 201654143600001327 Baliraj and Others vs, Gaon Sabha Vazirpur and others, arising out of the proceedings under section 9A(2) of the UP Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 in the decades of 1970. " 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection, in case, a direction is issued for expeditious disposal of the aforementioned matter. 4. In this conspectus, as above, no useful purpose would be served to keep this matter pending, therefore, this Court deems it appropriate to finally dispose of the present writ petition, without making any observation
