Instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding to the Consolidation Officer Sadar-I Azamgarh (Respondent No.2) to decide the Case No.35 (Lalji Vs. Prahlad) under section 42A of U.P.C.H. Act, with regard to Village Hariharpur, Post Azampur, Pargana Nizamabad, District Azamgarh, within some specific time bound period." 3. It is submitted that the aforesaid case has not been decided till date, despite the fact that opposite has already appeared and the case is ripen for final adjudication. 4.
