Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. The petitioner is aggrieved by certain discrepancies with respect to the entries and dimensions of public utility land during the consolidation operation. 4. It is submitted that earlier a complaint was registered on I.G.R.S. portal with respect to the incorrect entries relating to the public utility land. The Settlement Officer of Consolidation (in brevity 'S.O.C.'), vide order dated 24.08.2024, has shown his inefficiency to correct the entries and demarcated the public utility land on the spot on the ground that crops were standing thereon.
