Court No. - 54 HON'BLE DINESH PATHAK, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent. 2. The petitioners have shown their grievance against the order dated 15.04.2025 passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation whereby matter has been remitted before the Settlement Officer of Consolidation to decide the delay condonation application filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act on merits after hearing both the parties. 3. After due deliberations at length, learned counsel for the petitioners has orally prayed for issuing a writ of mandamus commanding the Settlement Officer of Consolidation to decide the delay condonation in filing the appeal dated 02.09.2024 assailing the order dated 24.03.1987 filed on behalf of the contesting respondents within stipulated period, as directed by this Court. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection, if a direction is issued
