Instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding to the Consolidation Officer Sadar-II Azamgarh (Respondent no.2) to decide the Case No.2592/2025, Computerized Case No.20255415657012592 (Shamu vs. Haushila and others) under Section 9A(2) U.P.C.H.
