Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and perused the record. 2. Instant writ petition has been filed beseeching expeditious disposal of the Appeal No.202354053100001484/1573 under section 11(1) of U.P. Consolidation & Holdings Act, 1953 (Satish Chandra Singh and others Vs. Anirudh Singh and others). 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that assailing the order dated 02.03.1990 passed by the Consolidation Officer under Section 9A(2) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953, present petitioner has preferred an appeal; however, same is pending consideration since 20.09.2023, despite the fact that both the parties have already appeared and the case is ready for final disposal. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in case a direction is issued for early disposal of the aforementioned matter. 5. In this conspectus, as
