Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and perused the record. 2. The petitioner has invoked the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking the following relief:- "I) A writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent no. 2 (Consolidation Officer (Antim Abhilekh) Padrauna District- Kushinagar) to consider and decide the case no. 1297 of 2016 (Ajay and others Versus Tufani and others) under section 9A(2) Of UPCH Act." 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the objection under Section 9A(2) of UPCH Act filed on behalf of the petitioner and others is still pending consideration since 15.02.2016, despite the fact that the opposite parties in the aforementioned objection are already appeared and the case is ready for final adjudication. 4.
