Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant petition has been filed assailing the order dated 28.08.2025 passed by the Consolidaiton Officer under Rule 109A of the U.P.C.H. Rules. 3. Learned Standing has raised a preliminary objection quo maintainability of the instant writ petition, against the order passed by the Consolidation Officer, on the ground of availability of an alternative remedy to approach before the higher Court, as advised, under the U.P.C.H. Act and the Rules framed thereunder. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has admitted the availability of an alternative remedy to challenge the order passed by the Consolidation Officer.
