Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and perused the record. 2. The petitioner has invoked the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, with the following prayer:- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of MANDAMUS directing the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Ghazipur District Ghazipur (respondent no. 2) to decide the Revision no. 229 of 2025 (Ram Awadh Vs. Udai Narayan) under section 48(1) of U.P.C.H. Act, along with connected restoration application registered as Case no. 228/2025 (Computerized Case no. 202554142900000228) (Udai Narayan Vs. State of U.P. and others) under section 48(1) of U.P. C.H. Act, within stipulated time period, which are pending since 19.01.2022." 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the revision petition is pending since 19.01.2022 despite the fact
