The petitioner has invoked the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 28.08.2025 passed by the Settlement Officer of Consolidation, in Appeal No. 0366 of 2025, Computerized Case No. 202554053100000366 (Manoj Vagairah Vs. Lalta), under Section 11(1) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953, whereby interim protection has been granted to the appellants (contesting respondents herein) staying the further proceedings under Rule 109 of U.P.
