Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel, and perused the record. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the substantial area of Village Achintpur Pitai, Pargana Haswa, Tehsil and District- Fatehpur has been merged with another village, namely, Sakhiyaon, Pargana Haswa, Tehsil and District- Fatehpur; therefore, the authorities may be directed to correct the revenue entries in this regard. 3. In my opinion, this matter relates to the interest of the public at large, who are natives of both the villages; therefore, the petitioner may avail remedy of filing a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) to redress the grievance with regard to the return of the area which allegedly belongs to Village Achintpur Pitai, however, annexed with village Sakhiyaon. 4.
