The petitioner has invoked the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking the following relief:- "To, Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus direct the respondent no 2 to decide the recall application dated 27.05.2013 in Computer Case No. 201354143658040245 (State Vs.
