Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking the following reliefs:- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the D.D.C. passed fresh order for implement Amal Daramad in revenue records in pursuance of the order dated 04.02.2004 by which amended Talika was issued. ii. Issue any other suitable order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. iii. Award the cost of the petition." 3. It is submitted that the Land Revenue Record are not corrected till date in compliance of the order dated 04.02.2004 passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation, despite the fact that "Parwana Amal Daramt" has already been issued by the Court competent. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submitted that the grieva
