The petitioner has invoked the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India assailing the interim order dated 24.09.2025 passed by Deputy Director of Consolidation, whereby the interim relief has been granted to the revisionist (Gaon Sabha) till the appearance of the opposite party (petitioner herein).
