This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief: "i. Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 2 Consolidation Officer Badalapur, District Jaunpur to decide the case No. T.B, Ashish Vs Nanhaku and others U/s 9A(2) of Consolidation of Holding Act, expeditiously as possible as within stipulated time fixed by the Hon'ble Court." 3. It has been submitted that the matter is pending consideration since 2022; however, no efforts are being made to get the same decided at an early date. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection, in case, a direction is issued for early disposal of the aforementioned matter. 5
