Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the respondent no.02 to decide the representation dated 01.10.2003 given by the mother of the petitioner by a speaking and well-reasoned order within a stipulated period of time; and/or, 2. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the respondent no.02 to decide the representation dated 15.12.2021 given by the petitioner by a speaking and well-reasoned order within a stipulated period
