Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and perused the record. 2. The petitioner has invoked the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking the following reliefs:- "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondent no. 1. i.e. Consolidation Officer, Satthiyanv, decide District-Azamgarh case to decide the objection bearing case No. 1217/2013-2014 bearing Computerized Case No. 20125415657021217 (Phoola Devi Vs. Patiram) filed by petitioner under section 12 of U.P. Consolidation of Holding Act 1953, within some stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court, which is pending before respondent no. 1 since 01.10.2012." 3. It is submitted that an application under Section 12 of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 filed by present peti
