The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature to the Board of Revenue, U.P. at Allahabad to consider and decide the Revision no.111 of 2006-2007 (Vikram & others Vs. State of U.P. & others) under section 333 of U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act, dated 24.08.2007 within s stipulated period." 3. Counsel for the petitioner states that revision filed by the private respondents, impleading the petitioner as one of the opposite party, is pending before respondent no.1/Board of Revenue, U.P. at Prayagraj since 2007.
