The instant writ petition has been filed, seeking a writ of mandamus, commanding respondent no.2/Board of Revenue, U.P. at Prayagraj to decide Revision No.3257 of 2018, pending before him within the stipulated period. 3. Counsel for the petitioner states that revision arising out of the suit for partition, is pending before respondent no.2/Board of Revenue since 2018. It is further submitted that parties have entered into compromise, as such, appropriate direction be issued for the expeditious disposal of the pending revision, in accordance with law. 4.
