Court No. - 54 HON'BLE DINESH PATHAK, J. 1.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2.The petitioner has invoked the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India assailing the order the 24.02.2025 (Annexure-1), whereby restoration application filed by the contesting respondent was allowed; consequently earlier restoration application filed on behalf of the present petitioner was restored to its original numbers and date fixed for final hearing. 3.After due deliberation at length, learned counsel for the petitioner has orally prayed to issue a writ of mandamus commanding the Deputy Director of Consolidation (respondent No. 2) to decide the restoration application within stipulated period in pursuance of the order dated 24.02.2025. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection, in case, a direction is issued for expeditious disposal of the restoration application
