Mr. Maha Prasad, learned counsel for the applicants (petitioners) submits that in changed scenario, the petitioners do not want to contest instant writ petition, therefore, the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. 3. There is no oppose to the prayer as made by the learned counsel for the applicants. 4. Accordingly, the withdrawal application is allowed and the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
