Court No. - 54 HON'BLE DINESH PATHAK, J. 1.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents. 2.The instant writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "A.Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus Commanding/directing the respondent No. 2/Consolidation Officer Ram Nagar Bhadsara, District Jaunpur to decide the Objection Case No. 256/497/2025-26 (Kedar Vs. Kedar Nath) Under section 9A(2) of the U.P.C.H. Act (Consolidation of Holding Act), expeditiously as possible within short stipulated period, which is pending before them." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection, in case, a direction is issued for early disposal of the aforementioned matter. 4.
