Instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking the following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.1 to decide the Revision No.139/192/263, u/s 48 of U.P. C.H. Act, (Netrapal & others Vs. Harprasad & another), expeditiously within an stipulated time as fixed by the Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection, if a direction is issued to decide the aforesaid case, expeditiously. 4.
