The instant petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondent no.2/ Board of Revenue, U.P. at Lucknow to decide the Revision No.REV/10/2000-2001, Computerized Case No.R200009380013574 (Amira vs. Devdatt Mani Tripathi), under Section 219 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 within stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the revision filed by private respondent impleading the petitioner as opposite party is pending before respondent no.2/ Board of Revenue, U.P. at Lucknow since 2000.
